1. The service

HodlOdds publishes crash odds for Solana memecoins: a statistical estimate of the probability that a coin's price, measured in SOL by completed one-minute closes, ends at least 90% below its reference price within the next 60 minutes, with a confidence level. Answers are sold per request over the x402 payment protocol (USDC on Solana or Base) at api.hodlodds.com and through partner storefronts. No account is needed.

2. Not financial advice

Answers are estimates produced by a statistical model. They are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and not a guarantee. They can be wrong, including with high confidence. Memecoins are extremely risky and you can lose everything you put in. You alone are responsible for your decisions. HodlOdds never holds, manages or moves your funds, apart from receiving the payment for an answer.

3. Prices and payment

The price of every paid answer is stated in its payment request (HTTP 402) and in the documentation. The amount in the payment authorization you sign is the most you pay. Board requests are charged only for the coins actually delivered. Payments settle on a public blockchain and are final. Prices may change; a change applies only to new requests.

4. When you are not charged, and refunds

• Refused requests are free. If our data is stale, a coin is not covered, a request is invalid or a rate limit applies, the request is refused and no payment is taken.
• A lost answer can be redeemed once for free. If your payment settled but the answer did not reach you (for example, the connection dropped), send the same payment again to receive that answer once at no extra cost. The official SDK does this automatically.
• Charging errors are refunded. If the same request was charged twice or you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days with the transaction id. A verified error is refunded to the paying address.
• Otherwise payments are not refundable, because an answer is digital content delivered immediately.

5. Acceptable use

You may use answers in your own analysis, products and automated agents. You must not attack, overload or probe the service for vulnerabilities; circumvent payments or rate limits; replay, forge or tamper with payments; or resell or redistribute the raw answer feed as a substitute for the service. We may block traffic that does.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without an uptime guarantee. Coverage is limited to the coins described in the documentation; experimental scores are labelled as such. We may change, suspend or end features, coverage, models or prices.

7. Track record

We commit to every stored prediction with public fingerprints and independent time stamps and reveal the predictions later, so anyone can check that none was changed after the fact. Revealed predictions are public.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including trading losses or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the answers concerned in the 30 days before the claim.

9. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and allowed to use a service like this where you are. Do not use it where that is prohibited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
