Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
In short: no accounts, no cookies, no trackers, no advertising and no access logs. We keep only what payments need, and we never sell data.
1. What we keep
- Paid requests. For each paid request we record the route, network, outcome, amount, a shortened form of the paying wallet address, the transaction id and how long the answer took. Wallet addresses and transactions are already public on the blockchain. We do not store your signed payment. These rows are deleted after 90 days; daily totals without any address are kept.
- Payment fingerprints. A one-way digest of each payment is kept for at least 365 days, so the same payment cannot be used twice and a lost answer can be redeemed once.
- IP addresses are used only in memory to enforce rate limits. Our servers do not write access logs.
- Free endpoints (status, documentation, coverage) store nothing about you.
- Answers are not stored per buyer. The predictions themselves are revealed later in our public track record; they are not personal data.
2. Services that process requests
- Cloudflare provides DNS, TLS and the proxy in front of our servers and processes requests, including IP addresses, under its own privacy policy.
- Payment facilitators verify and settle payments and receive the payment authorization you sign: Coinbase (CDP x402 facilitator) for direct purchases, Bankr for purchases through the Bankr storefront.
- Blockchains. Payments on Solana and Base are public and permanent.
- GitHub hosts the public track record, which contains no user data.
3. What we never do
We do not sell or share data for advertising, build profiles, set cookies or embed third-party trackers.
4. Your requests
Ask us at [email protected] what we hold about a wallet address, or to delete those rows early. We keep what is needed to prevent payment fraud and for accounting. Data on a blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.
5. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above changes when we do.
